The poufs to sit on had dirty spots, walls were stained and needed repainting, and there was mold in the shower. Even small details like a dirty window in the bathroom were overlooked.

We had a delightful stay at this charming and cute villa. the location, amidst the stunning Sapa landscape, was serene and peaceful. the staff, including the manager Quan, were warm and attentive, creating a happy family atmosphere. We enjoyed the delicious food, both local and western options, and the excellent service. Quan even helped us book a trek with a knowledgeable guide who shared fascinating insights about the Hmong and assisted us with the challenging terrain. We were thrilled with our private bungalow and balcony, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful views. We look forward to returning to this happy retreat soon!

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and even accommodated me when I fell ill. The location among the hill tribes of Sapa provided us with the opportunity to meet some wonderful people and immerse ourselves in the local culture. The rooms were private and offered stunning views of the valley. The food, mostly grown on-site, was delicious and served without any plastic plates or utensils, which added to the eco-friendly experience. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable.
